It’s time for another helping of Feature Friday! It’s been a little while since our last feature so we apologize for the delay but…we’re back!
For this Feature Friday we sat down with Nate Devillers, Owner of Pepperbox Doughnuts. We’re super-excited for Pepperbox Doughnuts heading to South End and know they’ve been hard at work opening their first brick and mortar store.
As with everyone we feature, we are always interested in “Why South End?”. Nate was happy to share with us how he felt “Pepperbox’s mission syncs up nicely with those of the South End community: respecting history and tradition while seeking the new and innovative, trying to be on the cutting edge of culture and sustainability.” — We couldn’t agree more.
Nate started sharing his passion with South End through pop ups at Lenny Boy Brewing and Red Clay Ciderworks. The response was so great at the pop ups that South End was the natural place to setup shop for their first store. “The eagerness and responses we get from people that live close by and who operate businesses has been overwhelmingly receptive and positive, and the business community seems eager to network and collaborate” said Nate. I can tell you first-hand, this is very very true and we can’t wait to get some delicious donuts in our space here at The Mill Coworking.
We’re eagerly awaiting the opening of Pepperbox Doughnuts and know that Nate and his team are as well. “We’re looking forward to getting open soon and showing folks what we have to offer. We have some innovative doughnut and beverage plans that we can’t wait for Charlotte to taste!” says Nate. We’re looking forward to being one of the South End businesses that Nate talks about collaborating with and we wish Nate and the entire Pepperbox Doughnut team tremendous success.
Just look at some of these incredible looking donuts Nate and his team have waiting for us!
